TIMSS News Round-up
posted by Rod on Monday December 11, @01:44PM
News Most of you have probably already heard about the latest TIMSS results that have started appearing over the last week, but if you haven't, here's a few links to some of the stories that have been appearing. This story (from the New York Times) looks at the drop in the international rankings of US students from the 4th to the 8th grade as well as some comparisons between the way math and science is taught in the US more highly ranked countries. CNN is running a similar story with some links to a few additional resources.
